In the today diverse and competitive world, teenagers specifically need to acquire skills that help them create something. They also need to understand the process of creation and by doing so also discover what they are passionate about. Such approach will help them identify what comes naturally to them and in the process what are their personal shortcomings and how they should address them to improve and overcome future challenges.
